Advances in Controllable Liquid Crystal Applications | 更新时间:2024-05-14
    • Dynamic regulation and application of cholesteric liquid crystal patterns

    • Technology News Express: The latest research shows that photonic crystal patterns in nature provide unique functions for organisms, such as camouflage protection for chameleons. Inspired by this, cholesteric liquid crystal patterns have been developed and demonstrated potential in fields such as data storage and sensors. Experts conducted in-depth research on its external stimulus responsiveness and introduced its applications in encryption devices, anti-counterfeiting equipment, flexible sensors, and other fields. This research has laid a solid foundation for the construction of new functional materials based on cholesteric liquid crystal patterns and opened up new directions for technological applications.
