Linearly polarized light emission of AlGaInP-based red light Micro-LED with subwavelength metal grating
“Micro LED display technology is considered the most promising next-generation display technology due to its advantages of high brightness, high resolution, and high contrast. This study integrates sub wavelength metal gratings on the surface of AlGaInP based red Micro LEDs. By adjusting and optimizing the grating parameters and dielectric layer thickness, high extinction ratio linearly polarized light output is achieved, providing a solution for the 3D Micro LED display field.”
