残像的存在严重影响液晶显示器的画面品质。但由于其发生的机理较复杂,目前还没有较好的解决方案。本文以负性液晶材料为基础,在其中加入新型莨菪烷基添加剂,研究其在FFS模式中对残像的影响。通过闪烁漂移、DC残留电压释放以及棋盘格残像测试,系统分析并讨论了添加剂的使用对负性液晶残像的影响。研究结果表明,加入添加剂后,样品的闪烁漂移得到改善;残留DC偏置积聚量减小30%且释放速度提升了95%;

The existence of the image sticking seriously affects the quality of the liquid crystal display
and there are no good solutions because of its complex mechanism at present. In this paper
a new type of tropane based additive was added to the negative liquid crystal to study its effect on image sticking in FFS mode. The image sticking was systematically analyzed by Flickr drift
RDC release and check board test. The results showed that flicker drift had significant improvement; the accumulation of DC reduced by 30% and the rate of residual DC release increased by 95%; the

voltage drift decreased from 0.7 V to 0.02 V and brightness shift which caused by AC image sticking improved from 8 cd/m
2
to 2 cd/m
2
; the line image sticking improved from L3 to L1.This study has a certain guiding significance for improving the image sticking of liquid crystal materials.
