摘要

利用磁控溅射方法在ZnS基底上设计并制备了一种Ge

gt;x双层膜

研究发现双面镀Ge

gt;x双层膜后

ZnS基底在 8~11.5

mu;m远红外波段的平均透过率提高了9.5%

硬度提高了近3倍

而且该双层膜还具有良好的热稳定性和耐热冲击能力。研究结果表明

此Ge

gt;x双层膜是一种高效的ZnS红外窗口增透保护膜。
