摘要

提出了一种基于CCD传感器的精密图像式瞄准方法

利用错位放大原理

用多个基准点同时参与瞄准

采用游标卡尺刻度线来模拟实际应用时的瞄准线。采用中值滤波和形态学算子相结合的边缘检测方法得到二值边缘图

通过最小二乘拟合直线方程并求取最小平均距离的方法来识别瞄准位置。实验结果表明该算法能准确识别出对准刻线

定位精度可达微米量级

具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract

An automatic collimation method based on CCD sensor was presented in this article. Using the vernier calipers scale line

the practical collimation line was simulated. The dislocation enlarge principle and multiple datum points were participated in collimation at the same time. Median filtering and morphological operator were combined to obtain the binary edge map.By fitting straight-line equation by least square method and calculating average distance

the collimation position was identified.The experiment result showed that this method can accurately identify the aligned lines

the positioning accuracy can reach micron grade

and has a certain practical value.
