Performance enhancement of blue quantum dot light-emitting diodes via LiCl doped PEDOT∶PSS
“The latest research reveals that doping metal halides into poly (ethylenedioxythiophene): polystyrene sulfonate films can significantly improve the performance of quantum dot light-emitting diodes. The experiment showed that the optimal LiCl doping concentration of 2% significantly improved the brightness, efficiency, and other indicators of blue QLED. This discovery provides an effective strategy for improving QLED performance.”
