Effect of blue-phase liquid crystals on the fluorescence properties of aggregation-induced emissive molecules
“Technology news report: Recently, there has been a new breakthrough in the field of blue phase LCD. Experts have successfully introduced liquid crystal TPE-PPE with aggregation induced luminescence properties into a blue phase liquid crystal system and conducted in-depth research on the fluorescence properties of the composite system. Experiments have shown that the blue phase liquid crystal system has a fluorescence enhancement effect on AIE molecules, and with temperature changes, the reflection bandgap and fluorescence intensity of the blue phase liquid crystal show specific changes. This study not only expands the application scope of blue phase liquid crystals, but also provides strong support for the construction of multifunctional blue phase system platforms.”
