By studying and analyzing the knowledge about how to use TMS320LF2407A DSP chip and LCM12864ZK LCD module

a LCD clock system which was the smallest system board based on TMS320LF2407A DSP chip was constructed. The system can display time on the LCM12864ZK LCD module and adjust time using button. The LCD clock system included two parts

hardware circuits and system program design. The hardware principles of the LCD clock system and main program flow charts were explained. The timers initialization procedures and the initialization procedure of the LCM12864ZK LCD module which was in accordance with the instructions of the LCM12864ZK LCD modules interface provided read and write timing under the conditions of the TMS320LF2407A DSP chip were provided.
