摘要

研究制备了LCOS显示器

重点研究了LCOS液晶屏的贴合工艺

基于实际测量数据给出了获得所需液晶盒厚度与施加在基板上的压力关系曲线

并展示出实际LCOS液晶盒厚截面的扫描电镜照片。

Abstract

The assembly process of LCOS-cell which had been developed by authors was introduced

and a curves based on testing data was given to estimate the time required to achieve the cell gap by applying different pressures on the cover substrate

at same time SEM photograph of cross section of the LCOS-cell was shown.
