power efficiency is a key problem. This paper researched a 1X/1.5X adaptive charge pump with high efficiency. Negative feedback loop based on PAM was used to keep a constant output voltage. Furthermore
to improve charge pumps performances
several optimized design techniques were introduced. The simulation results on the basis of 0.6 m BiCOMS technics model show: the proposed charge pump can work under 1X/1.5X mode adaptively and have an excellent performance with a higher power transform efficiency (90.8%) and lower output ripple (67 mV).
