摘要

介绍了利用电学测试方法测量大功率LED参考热阻的原理和方法。提出了一种新的基于电学测试的参考热阻测试方法脉冲测量法。该方法在自主研发的系统上得到应用并取得了满意的效果。研究结果表明

该方法在热阻测试方面具有可靠、稳定和精确等特点。

Abstract

The measurement principle and method based on the electrical measurement method for thermal resistance of high power LED are introduced. A new method of pulse measurement is presented for reference thermal resistance test based on the electrical measurement method. The method is applied to our system and delightful results are obtained. The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of good stability and exactitude.
