Analysis of energy consumption structure and characteristics of TFT-LCD factory
TFT-LCD factory has the features of large investment
FAB size and energy consumption. To save energy and reduce consumption more effectively during FAB design
construction and operation
scientific
reasonable and feasible energy-saving measures and projects were taken to the key energy-consuming process
energy-consuming equipment as well as the critical factors affecting energy consumption. In this paper
the type and structure of energy consumption
distribution characteristics
energy balance
and energy efficiency index in TFT-LCD factory were studied. Analytic hierarchy process
energy balance analysis and standard comparison method were used to deeply analyze the main energy system and characteristics by summarizing the empirical data of similar projects designed by CEEDI these years. The analysis shows that electricity is the largest consumption of energy
accounting for about 75% of the comprehensive energy consumption of the whole factory. The power consumption of production equipment accounted for about 45% to 50% of all electrical
and array is the main energy consuming process
while the chiller system is the main energy consuming facility. In addition
nitrogen is the largest consumption medium
accounting for about 20% of the comprehensive energy consumption of the whole factory. The energy consumption structure and characteristics in this paper is consistent with actual operation characteristics of such factories
and it could be of high directive value to energy-saving for TFT-LCD projects.
