Switching dynamics mechanism of liquid crystal cell driven by high-frequency pulses
“High resolution liquid crystal spatial light modulators driven by high-frequency pulses are widely used in fields such as holographic imaging, near eye AR/VR, and optical communication. However, the insufficient fast response performance and output jitter of LCD cells are still technical challenges. Existing research mostly focuses on static or low-frequency slowly varying electric fields, and the complex relationship between high-frequency pulse driving and switch dynamics is not yet clear.”
