艾里光束具有无衍射、自修复和自加速的传播特性,在光操控、非线性光学、光学成像等领域受到关注。本文介绍利用空间光调制器所构建的4f系统产生和调控艾里光束的方法。通过调控艾里光束的自弯曲传播点扩散函数,设计并实现了艾里光束三维重建显微镜,研究了该显微镜的成像性能,在40×/0.75 NA物镜下实现了横向分辨率约为0.5
μ
m,轴向分辨率约为1.5
μ
m,并实现了小鼠肾细胞中肾小管10
μ
m深度的三维无扫描双色成像。
Airy beam has the characteristics of non-diffraction
self-healing and self-acceleration
which has attracted much attention in the fields of optical manipulation
nonlinear optics and optical imaging. This paper introduces the method of generating and controlling Airy beam by using 4f system constructed by a spatial light modulator. By adjusting the self-bending propagation point spread function of the Airy beam
the Airy beam three-dimensional reconstruction microscope is cesigned and realized
and the imaging performance of the microscope is stuilied. Using a 40×/0.75 NA objective lens
the lateral resolution is about 0.5
μ
m
and the axial resolution is about 1.5
μ
m
and 3D non-scanning two-color imaging of kidney tubules is realized in mouse kidney cells with 10
μ
m depth.
