Analysis of polarization characteristics of liquid crystal Lieb lattice diffraction
“The Lieb lattice prepared by liquid crystal light controlled orientation technology has brought new breakthroughs in the field of light field regulation. Researchers have achieved a clever combination of 90 ° twisted orientation of liquid crystals within the lattice and uniform orientation outside the pattern by precisely controlling the exposure polarization direction. The experimental results show that with the regulation of voltage, the diffraction spot order and intensity of the liquid crystal Lieb lattice undergo significant changes, and the polarization state of the diffracted light also exhibits rich and diverse changes, such as+45 ° linearly polarized light, -45 ° linearly polarized light, right-handed circularly polarized light, left-handed circularly polarized light, etc. This discovery not only demonstrates the easy regulation and preparation of liquid crystal Lieb lattice, but also provides a new means for light field regulation, opening up a new research direction in this field.”
